EYZFLOW FOR VOD

Your films.Your audience.Your streaming service.

EYZFlow takes your masters all the way to your viewers: encoded, protected and published on a storefront under your own brand, with the business model you choose.

Create your account, then choose a Platform plan in the dashboard.

01 / STOREFRONTS

Your storefront.
Your brand, not ours.

Launch a branded VOD website without writing code. Choose the theme, menus and pages in the dashboard, connect your domain, and decide how viewers sign in.

Under your name
Themes, menus, content pages and help pages carry your identity. Custom domains are verified through DNS, and one library can power several storefronts.
Viewer accounts
Viewers sign in with email, Google, Apple, Facebook, OpenID Connect or their institution’s SAML login. Watch history, watchlists, age ratings with parental unlock, and sign-in on TV devices are built in.
Collections that keep up
Rule-based feeds and promos keep rows and highlights current as your catalogue changes, without maintaining lists by hand.
Support for your viewers
A support assistant answers from your help pages. When someone on your team is online it hands the chat over; otherwise it opens a case.

02 / STREAMING

Secure every frame.
Play every title smoothly.

EYZFlow encodes and packages your masters in its own pipeline and delivers them through a global CDN.

01Picture
Adaptive H.264 from 360p up to 4K, with 4K on Platform Pro. The ladder can be set per organization and never goes above the source resolution.
02Formats
One package serves both HLS and DASH, so every player gets the same quality levels.
03Protection
Widevine, PlayReady and FairPlay, switched on per title. Entitlements are checked by EYZFlow, through a signed token, or by your own endpoint.
04Sound and text
Language tracks in stereo or 5.1, audio description and hard-of-hearing audio, and subtitles, captions and forced narratives in WebVTT.
Encoding, packaging and protection details are in the technical reference.
03 / MONETIZATION

Sell it your way.
One storefront, many models.

Combine business models on one storefront. Set the price, the billing cycle, and who can watch where.

Viewers pay through Stripe or PayPal. Gift cards, geo rules, quality tiers and bundles shape each offer, and licensors receive royalty statements.

04 / INTELLIGENCE & ACCESSIBILITY

AI prepares.
You decide.

Video Intelligence reads picture, speech and sound together. Use what it finds for subtitles, audio description, artwork and catalogue work, with a person approving the result.

One title. Its many layers.

What happens on screen.

Scenes, chapters and the people in them, indexed so you can find the moment you need. Artwork suggestions come from the same analysis.

EYZFLOW FOR VOD / TECHNICAL REFERENCE

Technical information.

The details behind this page, for the people who will run your service. What is available to you depends on your plan.

Ingest

Resumable multipart upload, import from a URL, and package ingest including Aspera and iTunes Store packages. Files delivered through ingest and Bridge are inspected on arrival, with crop and leader detection and EBU R128 loudness measurement.

Encoding and packaging

H.264 flavours at 2160p, 1080p, 720p, 480p and 360p by default, never above the source resolution or your plan’s maximum quality. Six-second fMP4 segments by default, published as both HLS and DASH and delivered through a global CDN.

Protection

Widevine, PlayReady and FairPlay, using CBCS with CENC for older set-top boxes. DRM is enabled per title, and entitlement checks run in EYZFlow, through a signed token, or against your own endpoint.

Audio and subtitles

AAC-LC at 48 kHz in stereo or 5.1, with multiple language tracks and accessibility flags for audio description and hard-of-hearing (HoH) audio. Subtitles arrive as SRT, WebVTT, TTML/DFXP or iTT and are delivered as WebVTT.

Signals

Intro, recap, credits and ad-break markers are written into the stream as SCTE-35 and EXT-X-DATERANGE, so players can offer skip buttons and ad breaks.

Library operations

Catalogues with genres, people, companies, awards and festivals; eight artwork types with automatic resizing; Vault for masters with drop folders; and Bridge for file exchange with partners and licensors.

Distribution

Prime Video Channels: avails, package delivery, status, analytics and revenue. Packages can be checked against Prime Video’s delivery specification.

Rights and revenue

Offers carry licence windows. Licensors receive royalty statements with minimum guarantees, and purchases, refunds and a financial dashboard keep the numbers in one place.

Workflows and integration

A REST API with scoped, expiring API keys, outbound webhooks, and incoming webhook triggers that can be verified with a shared secret or an HMAC-SHA256 signature. Workflows add human checkpoints and connect tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Dropbox and Frame.io.

Team and governance

Custom roles with fine-grained permissions, audit logs for access changes, and a dashboard in English, German and French.

Hosting

Hosted in Germany (Frankfurt) and delivered through a global CDN. Some AI features use processing services outside the EU.

Capabilities on this page were checked against the EYZFlow implementation in October 2026. Talk to us about the setup your service needs.

05 / GOOD TO KNOW

Before you
launch.

01What do we need to launch a VOD service?

An EYZFlow account on a Platform plan. Platform plans include streams, catalogues, storefronts and monetization. New accounts start on the free Pay-as-you-go plan, and you choose a Platform plan in the dashboard when you are ready.

02Do we need developers to build the storefront?

No. Branding, menus, pages, feeds and promos are set up in the EYZFlow dashboard. Your developers can still use the REST API and webhooks to connect the systems you keep.

03How do viewers pay?

Through Stripe or PayPal on your storefront. If you run your own iOS or Android apps, App Store and Google Play in-app purchases are supported too.

04Which screens can viewers watch on?

Your storefront is a website that plays adaptive HLS and DASH streams. If you also run your own apps, plans can be limited to specific platforms. Talk to us about apps for mobile and TV.

05Can we bring an existing catalogue?

Yes. Upload masters in resumable parts, import from URLs or packages, and let AI draft metadata for your review. Start with a representative sample, then plan the wider move with the team.

06Can we distribute beyond our own storefront?

Yes, to Prime Video Channels. Deliver avails and packages, then follow status, analytics and revenue in EYZFlow.

07Where is our content hosted?

In Germany, in Frankfurt, and delivered through a global CDN. Some AI features use processing services outside the EU; ask us for the details that matter to your organization.
